We were trying for about 8 months before I started to think there must be more to this trying to get pregnant and perhaps our plant-based diet could do with some improvement. I joined Bec’s preconception program and within just a few days I learnt that there were key nutrients missing from my diet and supplements that I needed to correct to support my body to conceive naturally.
